Shipping Information

We make every effort to expedite the delivery of your orders. You will receive a confirmation email with your order's information very away after placing one. The prompt shipment of your order will then be our top priority. The majority of the time,all things are obtained from our warehouse and shipped out within 48 hours (provided it is a business day). If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or SMS to let you know when it may be shipped.

We ship via our in-house service and can provide delivery in Lahore within 2-3 business days. If you need a delivery right away, you must get in touch with us.

We employ a number of courier providers for nationwide deliveries. For any orders that are not situated in Lahore, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Exchange Policy

Natural Wonders has a seven-day goodwill exchange policy, so long as the item is delivered back to us in a timely manner:

- Is still in the factory packing
- Each product's seal is intact.
- The product's packaging has not been tampered with.

This is how you can exchange an item:

Send us an email at info@naturalwonders.pk asking for an exchange. Enter the justification for the exchange. In the email, be sure to include the names of the products being swapped as well as your purchase number. Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to:

We'll deliver the replacement item of your choice to your address as payment. Any applicable shipping costs for the re-shipment are your responsibility.

Returns Policy

If any products are discovered to be defective or damaged, Natural Wonders will completely refund your purchase price or replace the item. The following requirements must be met in order to return your purchased product(s) to us for a refund if you decide against using them after changing your mind:

- Products need to be sealed and in their original packaging
- Products must be returned within 7 days after receiving them.
- Your order details and proof of purchase must be included in the return.

This is how you can return an item:

1. Photograph the item or products that are defective or damaged and need to be returned.
2. Send us an email at info@naturalwonders.com to request a return and include images of the item.
3. Enter the justification for the exchange. In the email, be sure to include the names of the products being swapped as well as your purchase number.
4. Return the product to us in its original packing with the seal still on at:

5. In exchange for your returned item, we will issue you a voucher for the same amount.
6. Any relevant shipping costs for the re-shipment are your responsibility.

Cancellation

The earlier you let us know if you wish to cancel an order, the better! Because we typically ship orders within 24 hours, please notify us as soon as possible if your order needs to be cancelled.

Whether your order has been dispatched or not will determine whether you can cancel. Items are typically delivered out within one business day, so it's crucial that you let us know right away. Please be aware that we will not be able to cancel your order after it has been dispatched.
