Rub the Natural Wonders Nourishing Lotion bar in your hands for a few seconds, into your palms and let it  melt just slightly so it will become soft and  easy to apply.  Rub the bar directly onto your skin, specially those tough, dry and cracked areas like arms, legs, knees, elbows and feet.
