Directions for Use:

 1. Start with a clean face – wash thoroughly with your favorite cleanser or face wash.
 2. Apply a layer of moisturizer.
 3. Mix 2 parts Developer with 1 part Blonder Powder (2:1 ratio).
 4. Add 1 teaspoon of Soothing Lotion and 1 teaspoon of Face Shiner (optional).
 5. Blend until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
 6. Apply generously to your face in a thick layer.
 7. Let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse off.
 8. Reapply moisturizer for a soft, hydrated finish.
